All patient care is managed by Marilyn Gandolph PA-C, RN who passionately uses her nearly 42 years of experience as a registered nurse, and over 32 years of experience as a physician’s assistant to provide exceptional Primary Care and Functional Medicine services. Whether you need affordable primary care assistance, or you are seeking help with medical conditions that you have not been able to successfully diagnose or treat, Gandolph Health Care offers a genuinely caring, knowledgable health care service you can rely on.
Welcome to Gandolph Health Care! We are a small primary care medical clinic located in Elizabeth / Broomfield Colorado, nearby to Boulder and only a short drive from Denver. We focus on both Primary Care Medicine and a truly integrated approach to Functional Medicine; compassionately combining Eastern and Western medical practices and treatment for complete patient health. Our clinic is designed to make you feel at home and comfortable, offering a healthy and supportive environment for in-person health needs. Whenever possible we also provide our medical services virtually, making use of phone calls and video conferences to assist patients that can’t travel or live too far from our clinic (this is especially utilized for our Functional Medicine patients). Our services are available for a multitude of medical needs from general health care concerns to complex diagnosis and treatment.
